Please note, As a service is provided on all of our made-to-order swimwear – we accept no returns on these garments (unless eligible under our faulty order, incorrect order and T&Cs). All of these designs are produced via a made-to-order service, with each garment being sewn in-house upon the customer’s request. We provide In-depth information regarding each design, fabric, colours and imagery that is all easily accessible to view online.
We highly recommend all customers to check their order is correct before finalising, as the customer is liable for each selection made on their order.
Please shop carefully as we do not accept returns for the following:
• Any Made-to-order Swimwear
• In-stock Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.
• Final Sale items or Pierced Jewellery.
• Items purchased during a sitewide sale of 30% off or more.
If the item you are returning is not any of the above, your return will only be accepted if:
• Your return is received by us within 14 days of delivery (UK customers) or 30 days (international customers).
• The returned item is in its original sellable condition ie. it is unworn, unwashed, unmarked and has all tags/ hygiene labels attached; and
• The item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on it, even if only tried on.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
We aim to process all return requests within 2 business days of delivery to the studio. Once processed, you will be issued a refund via your original payment method. Paypal refunds will be received within 24hours of the refund being processed however all other payment methods may take up to 2-5 working days to appear on your account.
