UK Next Working Day Delivery (DPD) – £7.99
Deliveries will be received on the next Working Day from dispatch if the order is placed by 3pm Mon-Thurs. If your order is placed after 3pm on Thursday it will be delivered on Monday. This service does not include Weekends or bank holidays.
UK 1-2 Day Delivery (HERMES) – £4.99
Deliveries will be received within 1-2 days from dispatch if the order is placed by 3pm Mon-Fri. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm it will be sent the following working day (Monday) for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday. This service does not include Sundays or bank holidays.
UK 2-4 Day Delivery (HERMES) – £3.99
Deliveries will be received within 2-4 days from dispatch if the order is placed by 3pm Mon-Fri. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm it will be sent the following working day (Monday). This service does not include Sundays or bank holidays.
UK Sunday Delivery (HERMES) – £7.99
This is a nominated Sunday Delivery Service, Order must be placed by 3pm Mon-Fri for delivery on Sunday. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm it will be dispatched out for delivery on the following Sunday. This service does not include bank holidays.

Is my Delivery Estimate Guaranteed?
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are highly reliant on the courier to make a safe and efficient delivery.
Unfortunately, unless you choose UK Next Day or nominated Sunday delivery, our delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed, but we have found them to be accurate in the majority of orders.
The only shipping option that we can guarantee a delivery date for is UK Next Day or nominated Sunday delivery. This is due to a variety of factors including Covid-19 delays, Brexit, and force majeure events such as weather disruption.
If your order has still not arrived on or before the expected delivery date provided at checkout, and in your order confirmation email, then please track your order using the shipping link we have provided.

Help – I haven’t received my order and tracking hasn’t updated for a while?
We are so sorry to hear you have not received your order and tracking has not updated. We will need to initiate an investigation with the courier so the depot can be searched and the driver can be interviewed. Please can you therefore contact us below with your details and a short sentence to explain you have not received your order so we can get started with this.
Coronavirus Delivery Update
We’re working closely with our courier to ensure safe deliveries and this includes drivers signing on behalf of customers and parcels being left in safe places.
Can I make any changes to my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments to orders. This includes combining orders, adding items or coupon codes to existing orders or changing the size or delivery address or method. Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and we are unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Which Country do you ship from?
We are UK based and all orders will be packed and prepared in our UK warehouse.
I am a Customer outside of the UK, Will I have to pay Taxes or Custom Charges?
Our shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
Please note that the price you pay for your order with us does not include taxes and duties therefore will be applied by customs authorities when your parcel is received into your country. This is a separate charge and is unrelated to us.
The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel we recommend contacting your local customs office so you’re not faced with any unexpected fees. Delivery times do not include customs delays or holds.
How does BREXIT affect my order?
We have been made aware that our delivery providers are adapting to new and revised procedures due to Brexit. Usually, items sent to the EU slide through customs automatically however they are now being stopped and checked.
These changes may contribute to a slightly slower service and we trust that our customers will hopefully understand the reasons for this. That being said, we have seen improvements over the last few weeks and items being sent to EU usually make it through customs within just a couple of days.
We are so sorry for any delay you may experience due to Brexit and we hope you can understand that it is just as disappointing for us when our customers are inconvenienced.
Can I order to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Locker Addresses.
Refused Delivery Policy
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries (including unpaid duty payments or incorrect address information) resulting in your order being returned to sender will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries
