When placing and fulfilling an order through our website, boutique, email or phone it constitutes as an acknowledgment to the below information.

Express Shipping within UK (Next business day if ordered before 12pm Mon-Thurs) £7.99.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Post. Once each parcel is dispatched from the Mermaids Swimwear studio, you will receive an email confirmation which includes tracking information to the email address used to place your order, if for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe list.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will be held and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be canceled and refunded.
*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and will vary based on your location and busy sale periods. We are not responsible for delays incurred by our credit card verification process, incorrectly provided addresses, external factors impacting our shipping couriers, custom holds or any other circumstances beyond our control.
**Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order will be processed in GBP and the conversion rate will be decided by your bank.
SHIPPING TIMES – REGULAR
We make every effort to ensure all orders received are shipped the following business day, except during busy sale periods or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control when orders can additional days to be processed before they are shipped.
**Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.**
SHIPPING TIMES – MADE TO ORDER
Please allow between 2-4 Weeks for any orders made from our Made-to-order collections (More specific time frames per style are advised on the product). We aim to make every effort to ensure all orders are completed ASAP but please be mindful of the timeframe suggested during busy periods and ensure you are leaving plenty of time to order in time for your trip! This time frame does not include shipping.
CHANGES TO ORDERS/CANCELLING PRE-ORDERS
Once orders have been placed we are unable to make any amendments to orders. This includes combining orders, adding pieces to existing orders or changing the delivery address. Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and we are unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped. We are also not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.
SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times where we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during these sale times, as well as any public holidays when the studio is closed.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that the price you pay for your order online with us does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities when your parcel is received into your country. This is a separate charge and is unrelated to us. The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are your responsibility and you should look these up before purchasing if you are worried about these additional costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website or giving them a call for more information.
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
