When placing and fulfilling an order through our website it constitutes as an acknowledgment to the below information.

UK Shipping 

UK Next Working Day (DPD) – £5.99 or FREE for orders £100 and over.

 Deliveries will be received on the next working day if the order is placed by 1pm Mon-Thurs. If your order is placed on Friday after 1pm it will be sent the following working day (Monday) for delivery Tuesday. This service is a weekday service only and does not include weekends/ bank holidays.

EU Shipping

We ship all EU packages via DPD Europe by Road. The shipping cost varies depending on your location.

Once you have entered in your location through our checkout page, the shipping fee and delivery time will be displayed prior to finalising your order. The cost can vary from £10.99+ and delivery time ranges between 2-6 Working Days

International Shipping

We ship all International packages via DPD Classic or Express Worldwide.

Once you have entered in your location through our checkout page, the shipping fee and delivery time will be displayed prior to finalising your order. The cost can vary from £9.99+ and delivery time ranges between 3-13 Working Days.

Coronavirus Delivery Update

We’re working closely with our courier to ensure safe deliveries and this includes drivers signing on behalf of customers and parcels being left in safe places. 

Can I make any changes to my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments to orders. This includes combining orders, adding items to existing orders or changing the size or delivery address. Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and we are unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Which Country do you ship from?

We are UK based and all orders will be packed and prepared in our UK warehouse.

I am a Customer outside of the UK, Will I have to pay Taxes or Custom Charges?

Our shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.

Please note that the price you pay for your order with us does not include taxes and duties therefore will be applied by customs authorities when your parcel is received into your country. This is a separate charge and is unrelated to us.

The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel we recommend contacting your local customs office so you’re not faced with any unexpected fees.  Delivery times do not include customs delays or holds.

How does BREXIT affect my order?

We have been made aware that our delivery providers are adapting to new and revised procedures due to Brexit. Usually, items sent to the EU slide through customs automatically however they are now being stopped and checked.

These changes may contribute to a slightly slower service and we trust that our customers will hopefully understand the reasons for this. That being said, we have seen improvements over the last few weeks and items being sent to EU usually make it through customs within just a couple of days.

We are so sorry for any delay you may experience due to Brexit and we hope you can understand that it is just as disappointing for us when our customers are inconvenienced.

What time can I expect my delivery to arrive?

All orders are shipped via DPD and you will be provided with an hour delivery window on the day of delivery of when your parcel will be arriving. This notification will be received via SMS and email so you don’t have to wait in all day. You also have the option to select an alternative delivery date, specified safe place or to upgrade your delivery service all at no extra charge. Our Royal Mail service will provide you with a tracking number to follow your parcels journey.

Can I order to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Locker Addresses.

Refused Delivery Policy

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries (including unpaid duty payments or incorrect address information) resulting in your order being returned to sender will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries
