Due to our products frequently selling out, we do not offer exchanges to avoid customer disappointment. If you require an alternative size or colour we would suggest placing a new order.

Unfortunately all of our styles that are sold as sets we are unable to provide mix and match sizing

Accidentally put down the wrong address? Or ordered the wrong size?

Our packing team processes and packs orders ASAP (to ensure your beach haul arrives in time for your trip) so once an order is placed we can’t change details. However, we will do whatever we can to help so email us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do.

The good news is we have a team dedicated to re-stocking popular items. Sign up to our back in stock notification option on the website to be emailed when what you’re after is back on our (virtual) shelves. We’d also recommend checking back on our website regularly as we restock returns daily!

We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Once you have gone through to the checkout and have placed your order you will then accept all of the terms of shopping with us at Mermaids.

You can now complete your purchase in the following currencies: GBP, USD, EUR & AUD. You can change this by changing the shipping destination or local currency from the bottom menu.

This should be instant however please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. You are more than welcome to return your items for a refund/return as per our Returns Policy.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
