Unfortunately we are unable to change your order or delivery details once your order has been placed.

How can I track my order?

What is a Made-to-order item?
We like to be the leaders of the pack at Mermaids, therefore selected styles are on a made-to-order basis. This allows our customers to choose there own unique colour options in our exclusive designs – design by us, made for you.

Do you have a Made-to-order Colour Chart?
We have created a colour chart for our customers to explore all colour options available & a previous design made up in this colour options to provide the truest representation. Click here to view our full colour chart.

I really want to purchase a Made-to-order style but I want to try it on beforehand, is there any way I can do this?
Yes, we have now introduced a ‘Kini Consultation’ – this gives our customers a chance to come down to the Mermaids Studio to view/try on different styles, discuss colour options and craft there dream bikini. This service requires a deposit upon booking that is redeemable on any purchase made on the day.

What is the production time on Made-to-order items?
Production time can vary from garment to garment therefore please check the specific timeframe before proceeding with a purchase. We have introduced a ‘fast track’ option which halves the production time frame on selected items for an additional fee.

Do you accept Refunds at Mermaids?
We will gladly refund full price items that are returned using the correct returns process & meet our returns requirements.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on the following items:
• Made-to-order items
• Final Sale
• Pierced Jewellery.

No, our e-gift vouchers do not have a set time in which you must use it by.

What is a Pre-order item?
From time to time, we will offer products available for pre-order online. Pre-orders provide our customers with the opportunity to secure a product before the stock has arrived. The estimated delivery date for a pre-order product will be listed on the product page.
