Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges.

If you require an alternative size or colour we would suggest placing a new order.

We process your order as soon as it’s placed! Once an order has been placed and dispatched we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)

We consistently restock our collections and best-selling styles.

The easiest way to stay up to date is to sign up to restock notifications on the product page.

Unfortunately all of our styles that are sold as sets we are unable to provide mix and match sizing. 

If your in-between sizing we would suggest sizing up as most of our styles run smaller.

We do not offer items sold as sets to be purchased as separates.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal & Apple Pay.

Once you have gone through to the checkout and have placed your order you will then accept all of the terms of shopping with us at Mermaids.

You can complete your purchase in the following currencies: GBP, USD, EUR & AUD.

You can change this by changing the shipping destination or local currency from the bottom menu.

We are sorry to hear you have yet to receive an order confirmation email. In this instance, please check your junk.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

Please Note – MERMAIDS does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

Our system only allows one payment to be taken per order, so you are unlikely to have been charged twice for the same order.
