UK ORDERS
We ship all UK orders via DPD and Royal Mail:
+ DPD Next day delivery (When ordered before 2pm): Delivered the next working day. (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays)
+ Royal Mail 1st Class Post: Delivered within 2 – 3 working days | Royal Mail 2nd Class Post: Delivered within 3-5 working days
UK Shipping prices start from £3.99 and vary based on courier service chosen.
EU ORDERS
We ship with Fedex Express and International Tracked Postal Services.
+ Fedex express: 1 -4 working days (Depends on your location) | International Tracked: 3 – 12 working days (Depends on your location)

US ORDERS
We ship all US orders with FedEx.
+ FedEx express: 1-2 working days | International Tracked: 4-8 working days

*Please note if you are a customer outside of the UK customs and import duties may apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimated amount for this. We recommend you contact your local customs offices before ordering to find out the exact cost that could potentially be incurred upon the arrival of your parcel. Unfortunately any orders that incur customs or duties charges upon delivery cannot be refunded for by us.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Locker Addresses.
You have the right to cancel your order until the point in which it is shipped. We usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this. Please email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the location of your package. If still at our warehouse, we will offer you a full refund, including shipping charges.
We pride ourselves on an incredibly quick dispatch process and aim to ship orders the same day (subject to our 2pm cutoff) or within 24 hours.
Our dispatch cutoff for same-day dispatch is 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
During peak holiday seasons or sale events, fulfillment may take a bit longer, so please allow up to 4 additional business days for delivery on our standard delivery options.
Items purchased on pre-order will be shipped within the estimated time frame specified on the product page. Please note, these time frames are an estimation. In the instance that your pre-order item has been delayed, a member from our customer care team will reach out.
Orders that have been placed with an available item and a pre-order item will be dispatched separately at no additional cost. Once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are highly reliant on the courier to make a safe and efficient delivery.
Unfortunately, unless you choose UK Next Working Day, our delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed, but we have found them to be accurate in the majority of orders.

Please note delivery information, restrictions and/or limitations in the following countries:
Ukraine: Delivery has been temporarily suspended until further notice. This will be closely monitored.

Russia: Delivery has been temporarily suspended until further notice. This will be closely monitored.
Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.
As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Unfortunately, refused deliveries (including unpaid duty payments or incorrect address information) resulting in your order being returned to sender will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost charged bt the carrier. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Please check your tracking and if you see “RETURN TO SENDER”, this means it’s being sent back to us due to insufficient address or too many failed attempted deliveries. Your order will be refunded once it’s received back at our warehouse. Please note the original delivery will not be refunded and a return charge may be applied to your refund.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email [email protected] with your full shipping address and we will look at finding a suitable shipping solution for your destination country.
Mermaids hold no responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels where incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses are provided.
If a change of address is made directly with any of our carriers, Mermaids Swimwear will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels.
Mermaids Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit – this is something we will need to take up with the carrier.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to our UK warehouse as this fee is in no way covered by MERMAIDS.
